Our instructor, Leslie Fangman, is going to teach us how to cook what we harvest. She will be cooking up some pheasant dishes, a borscht recipe and a wild boar pulled pork dish.
The kitchen showroom at Specialty Appliance is unbelievable. It's hard to tell if the class is more interested in learning how to cook, or just wanting to taste the dishes. Either way, everyone is having a great time and if we forget the recipes, we are all given a wild game cook book written by our instructor, Leslie Fangman!
It's been a wonderful day and a huge thanks to Specialty Appliance and Leslie Fangman.
