Over the St. Patrick's Day weekend, River Deep and SCI HOP hosted a packed house of Craig Hospital patients, Wounded Warriors, RMS Gear Staff and volunteers with over 40 people in attendance! All the participants were shooting traditional bows and some were even shooting compound bows. As always, we received expert instruction from the staff at RMS Gear. Arrows flew followed by big smiles, no matter what level archer each person was. Everyone had a great time! For many of the first timers, this will be a new sport and something they can look forward to. At lunch time we were served an Irish feast thanks to Hardi and Kim, owners of The Ranch at West 40 restaurant in Lakewood. They provided corned beef, cabbage and potatoes for everyone at the event, and it was fantastic! A big thanks to Tom and the staff at RMS Gear, Craig Hospital, Hardi and Kim at The Ranch at West 40 restaurant in Lakewood, and all the volunteers.
